Asotto 14-Day Returns Policy At Asotto, we aim to ensure you're delighted with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Your are responsible for the cost of return shipping, please ensure you use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

If approved, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Exclusions Asotto does not accept international exchanges. While returns for eligible items are accepted, exchanges for international orders are not available.
